Product Manager - Pivotal Health Solutions

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Watertown, SD. The Product Manager is responsible for managing life-cycle and new product development of product and brands to contribute to the company’s profitability by performing the following duties. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead overall product portfolio strategy, including compelling brand plans, creating, maintaining and improving a customer desired portfolio in a cohesive brand profile.Manage brand standards and placement across the business and all related channelsManage the product line life cycle and business results through insightful analytics of key metrics, customer intimacy, and competitor knowledge. Review periodic financial performance and sales trends. Analyze contributing factors to performance and impact of competitive strategies and prepare regular metrics as defined by leadershipAssist with the creation of core selling collateral and catalog content for productsLead new product development using a repeatable processSupport segment marketing on voice of customer and category insights including conducting market research and translating that research into new products, product improvements, or line extensionsConduct annual global SKU rationalization and assign substitute items for discontinued productsLead retail pricing strategy for productsWork collaboratively within the sales and marketing departments to drive profitable market sharePerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field3-5 years of experience in category or product management; healthcare experience preferredProven experience bringing products to marketKnowledge of core product development practicesDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teamsExperience managing multiple projects across the enterpriseStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; Excel skills including v-lookups, pivot tables, Power PointExperience working with different cultures or in a global capacity preferredMust be a “self-starter” comfortable with taking initiativeStrong financial acumen; knows what it takes to drive growth within a portfolio of productsAdobe Creative Suite skills preferred but not required (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Ability to travel 10-25% of the time, including overnight travel BenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
