Print Shop Production Manager - Pivotal Health Solutions

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Print Shop Production Manager to join our team in Watertown, SD. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all functions of the printing department and coordinating print shop workflow. Ensure correct procedures for order fulfillment are followed and deadlines are met. Oversee training and updating for the printing team and updating equipment software. Ensure proper machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and updating is completed. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the print production process through quoting, design and approval, scheduling, prepress, printing, and invoicingParticipate in market and user research to identify new product features, trends and opportunities that will drive Pivotal Health Solutions business growthPrioritize workflow and schedules for printing staffPerform training of staff and new hiresMaintain updates to work procedures and equipmentPerform regular equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and updating Manage print shop supplies and inventory, re-ordering as neededHandle customer service and sales of outside print ordersOversee website, social media content, and other advertisingOversee product developmentOversee and/or perform installation projects as neededAssist with print shop production (prepress, printing/etching, finishing) as neededPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3 Years of graphic design and/or prepress experience (preferred but not required)Experience operating RIP software and large format printing equipment (preferred but not required)Computer skills on Mac and PC platformsA strong design portfolio of illustrations or other graphic design workProficient with design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)Knowledge of color correction, sizing/scaling, type setting/correction, and imageenhancement/placementStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines BenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
