Customer Service & Logistics Rep

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Logistics and Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing freight quotes to sales representatives and coordinating shipment pickups. This role also will be responsible for order entry. This role requires strong computer skills, phone communication, and the ability to perform a variety of customer service tasks, including order tracking, data entry, and general office support. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced role. While experience in logistics and customer service is preferred, it is not required.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesFacilitating shipping and freight quotes, analyzing costs, and arranging shipment pickups - Domestic & InternationalUpdating and maintaining databases, order related documents, and logging accurate shipping weights and dimensions of all productsTroubleshooting delivery issues with freight companiesAssisting with freight claims, order entry, invoicing and maintaining order backlogAnswering calls and assisting walk-in customersPerforms other duties as assignedJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills and a pleasant phone voiceAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writingComputer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to remain calm and professional during peak periods of activityStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/dutiesPrevious logistics or customer service experience preferred but not requiredBenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
