Performance Health is seeking a Director or AVP of National Accounts to join our team. The Director or AVP of National Accounts will work with their team, and the business unit leadership team, to create winning contracting strategies that drive profitable growth. Success depends on inspired team leadership that maintains a laser focus on the appropriate customers, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO's), and large chain customers, to ensure Performance Health products are on contract and those contracts drive customer penetration. Relationships are paramount and this team, under the example of its leader, will build, nurture, and leverage customer relationships in execution of the strategy.Managing the contract lifecycle is a critical part of this leadership position. Using data and analytics, the national accounts operations team will manage pricing tiers, tied to customer purchasing compliance, as well as fee and rebate management. GPO contracts are used to price products in our market segments and have a significant financial impact on the company. Also, this team will have responsibility of working with the finance organization to model contracting options for new or renewed contracts. We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team. Depending on experience, the role can be filled at the Director, Senior Director, or Assistant Vice President level.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesSecure desired GPO contracts and/or contract renewalsMeet or exceed annual revenue targetsSet and execute the GPO and OPR chain growth strategy and visionCreate a sales engagement strategy that drives contract complianceProvide executive leadership to advance the national accounts strategyPrioritize the various potential areas of focus, leveraging sales and marketing efforts to drive growthEstablish and maintain customer and influencer relationships that will endure for decades to comePlan and execute tradeshows and eventsCreate and execute launch plans for new productsAdminister GPO compliance process (GPO validations) to ensure targeted growthBuild annual revenue forecast and update forecast monthlyEnforce pricing violations and other unauthorized behavior among customer
