The Segment Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and execute downstream marketing strategies to drive growth through key clinical marketing segments. This position will be responsible for identifying the critical needs and pain points in their customer segment and will take that expertise and knowledge to create plans and programs that will drive market share growth. This individual will own the overall vision and strategy of their assigned market segment, Medco Sports. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition in key target segments.Identify critical needs and pain points of target customer segments and develop actionable plans to address them.Develop and execute downstream marketing activities, including email marketing, social media, and educational content recommendations. Include input from the eCommerce, category, sales and brand teams.Partner with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans including website banners, landing pages, etc.Brief plans on Monday.com, produce high-level content and customer messaging, and monitor campaign performance to achieve measurable results.Develop roadmap of continuous voice of customer research through commissioning primary and secondary research methods, both qualitative and quantitative in nature (where budget allows).Collaborate cross-functionally to lead or participate in projects that require segment marketing support or leadership.Monitor, analyze, and report out on relevant segment programs and sales trends on a monthly basis.Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the assigned market segment.Confidently create and deliver presentations and executive summaries to audiences of various sizes within and outside of the organization.Create and execute advertising, tradeshow, events, and industry sponsorship strategies needed to support segment growth goals.Performs other duties as assigned Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field5+ years of previous marketing experienceProven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative marketing ideasStrong communication and writing skills; ability to work across business lines, presenting to various levels of managementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of productsHighly analytical to understand market segment trends to translate into actionable needsDemonstrates an organizational savvy to get things done effectively and efficientlyCollaborate with and support market-leading salesforceAbility to travel 10%-25% of the time, including overnight travel BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $70,000 - $73,000 plus benefits.
