Performance Health is seeking a Content Optimization Manager to join our E-commerce Marketplaces team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product visibility, increasing organic traffic, and improving conversion rates across key online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, etc.). This role will focus on the daily management and workflow across our creative team, external vendors, and internal stakeholders (brand & marketplace teams). This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and have a strong understanding of the creative process optimized for Ecommerce/Marketplace sales. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day management of creative projects for a team of internal/external resources; digital designers, copywriters, photographers, etc.Develop timelines and drive project workstreams, track and report on progress, and ensure key milestones are met.Content Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to improve product listings' visibility, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates (CR) across e-commerce marketplaces. SEO and Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords, improving rankings on search engines and marketplace search results. Content Creation and Enhancement: Develop compelling product descriptions, engaging visuals, and enhanced A+ content that align with brand messaging and attract customers. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, rankings, and sales performance to track content effectiveness and suggest areas for improvement. A/B Testing: Design and run A/B tests on product content, images, and pricing strategies to enhance listing performance and optimize conversion rates. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimized content across all channels. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all listings adhere to platform-specific policies, including brand registry, intellectual property rights, and marketplace guidelines. Marketplace Tools Management: Utilize marketplace and third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10) to track rankings, monitor competitors, and identify optimization opportunities. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and algorithm changes to adapt content strategies accordingly. Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor listings to identify areas for differentiation and improvement. Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3 + Years of experience in e-commerce content management or optimization, preferably in marketplaces like Amazon or Walmart.Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-channel projects involving multiple stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teamsHighly organized with strong attention to detail with the ability to create project timelines and workstreamsAdvanced knowledge and understanding of creative elements and requirements for deliverables across marketing channelsStrong understanding of the pre and post-production process for photo and video productionExperience using Asana and other project management softwareExperience in B2B or B2C, specifically in a high-growth start-up environment or creative agency settingAbility to trave
