Spray Booth Operator

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Spray Booth Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint or coatings to parts, equipment, or finished products using spray equipment in a controlled booth environment. This role ensures high-quality finishes that meet company standards while following all safety and environmental guidelines.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare parts for painting by cleaning, masking, and sanding as neededOperate spray equipment to apply paint, primer, or coatings evenly and efficientlyMix paints and coatings to the correct color, consistency, and specificationInspect parts for quality before and after painting to ensure proper coverage and finishMaintain spray booth cleanliness and perform routine maintenance on equipmentUse proper ventilation and PPE to ensure safe working conditionsTrack materials used and report inventory needs or low suppliesFollow production schedules to meet deadlines and support manufacturing flowComply with safety, environmental, and hazardous materials handling proceduresRecord job data and complete required documentation for traceability and complianceAssist in touch-up or rework of painted parts as neededParticipate in continuous improvement and 5S initiativesCrosstrain in other finishing or prep areas to support team flexibilityReport equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptlyPerforms other duties as assignedJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentApplicants must have manufacturing assembly experience and/or high level of mechanical aptitude Applications must have good communication skills Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environmentBuild defect-free products that meet Quality Standards Build products within time standards Adhere to safety standards and requirements BenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
