Performance Health is seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our team. The Clinical Specialist serves as a clinical subject matter expert supporting healthcare customers, sales teams, and strategic initiatives across Performance Health's portfolio of mobility, fall prevention, patient handling and repositioning, and rehabilitation solutions. This role provides clinical education, implementation support, program development guidance, and outcomes-focused consultation to help healthcare organizations improve patient safety, caregiver safety, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.The Clinical Specialist collaborates closely with sales, marketing, product management, and healthcare leaders to identify customer needs, support product adoption, and drive long-term customer success. This is a US remote-based role. The position requires 60-70% travel, including overnights. The candidate must live within 1 hour from an international airport. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesClinical Consultation & Customer SupportServe as a clinical expert for healthcare providers, administrators, and key decision-makersConduct product analysis to identify opportunities related to rehabilitation, patient mobility, fall prevention, patient handling and repositioning, and/or wound care and lymphedemaProvide recommendations based on clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational goalsSupport value analysis and clinical review processesEducation & TrainingDevelop and deliver clinical education, webinars, workshops, and in-service training Train frontline clinicians, educators, managers, and leadership teams on product use and best practicesSupport the creation of educational resources and clinical implementation toolsSupport continuing education initiatives and professional presentationsProduct ImplementationPartner with customers during product conversions, product launches, and implementation projectsAssist healthcare organizations in establishing stronger patient practices and staff adoption through workflow integrationMonitor implementation success and recommend continuous improvement strategiesSales PartnershipCollaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop clinically appropriate solutionsParticipate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, evaluations, and pilot programs Provide clinical expertise during strategic account reviews and proposal developmentSupport customer retention and growth through consultative clinical engagement Outcomes & AnalyticsAnalyze utilization, patient outcomes, and operational performance dataIdentify opportunities for standardization, cost savings, risk reduction, and improved clinical outcomes
