Performance Health is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you are responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to internal and external customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales. Also, taking ownership of projects and processes to meet and exceed customer's needs while offering process improvements as needed and necessary.This is a remote based position working EST hours to support our Southeast Sales team. Candidate must live in EST or CST time zone and be willing to work the assigned hours.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesActs as a liaison with vendors, sales reps, customer service and other departments in the companyManage backorder report, offering substitutions to customers and processing sub ordersPrepares quotes, return requests, order entry, issue resolution, case entry, etc. Maintains sales rep sample accountsMaintains all literature requests from sales repsManages freight claims and LTL claimsProcesses credits and rebillsPackage tracking, provide direct support for Outside Sales RepresentativesEnter quotes which can be for a one-time purchase or ongoing contractFocus on accuracy, organization and attention to detailPromotes and maintains positive customer relationsProcess purchase orders which are received by Outside Sales Representatives Cross reference support Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with multiple internal departments. Respond effectively and appropriately to inbound emails using our shared email systemProvides direct support for Outside Sales RepresentativesPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in a customer service role Solid computer and data entry skills; including proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel)Ability to utilize multiple software systems simultaneouslySelf-motivated and strong multitasking skillsExcellent written and oral communications skills Excellent customer service skills BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $20.00 -$ 21.00 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
