Warehouse Supervisor

Performance Health is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day warehouse operations and leads a team to ensure efficient, safe, and organized processes that meet customer needs. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with supervisory duties, including training, performance management, and workflow optimization. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures compliance with safety standards, drives operational excellence, and fosters a collaborative team environment. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesLeadership & SupervisionProvide direction, assign responsibilities, and motivate team members to achieve operational goalsParticipate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of warehouse staffConduct training for new hires and current employees on safety, equipment operation, and standard proceduresMonitor performance, provide feedback, and participate in performance reviews; recommend promotions or disciplinary actions as neededCommunicate daily priorities to team Warehouse OperationsLead daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocolsOversee receiving, inventory management, cycle counts, and order fulfillmentMaintain organized aisles and storage areas; proactively identify improvements in layout and workflowSafely operate and supervise use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and box trucks (26 ft or less)Ensure compliance with shipping requirements, including manifests, bills of lading, and cutoff times Customer Service & DeliveryCoordinate and, when necessary, perform deliveries and installations of products at customer facilitiesEnsure all team members understand and follow safety and quality standards during deliveries Administrative & ReportingPrepare and review operational reports (e.g., daily summaries, inventory discrepancies)Alert management to irregularities in inventory or processes and recommend corrective actions Safety & ComplianceEnforce safety rules and maintain a hazard-free environmentEnsure team compliance with company policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent3–5 years of experience working in warehouse operations, including delivery and installation of products2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity within a distribution centerKnowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; CDL desirable but not requiredForklift certification desired, not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsMust be able to lift/move 50 -100 pounds Ability to travel 25-50% of the time which includes daily travel for deliveries and some overnight travel as needed BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
