Performance Health is seeking an Operations Team Lead to join our team. As an Operations Team Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities across multiple teams within the distribution center. This versatile position allows you to contribute to the success of our operations through leadership, performance management, and problem-solving, all while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operations, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks and alignment with organizational goalsProvide direction, training, and support to team members, ensuring full understanding and consistent execution of job dutiesMonitor and report on system performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize operational efficiencyLead and support efforts to identify, analyze, and resolve operational challengesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and meet performance standards in shipping, receiving, inventory, and other critical functionsActively promote safety and compliance with all regulatory standards, including GDP, GMP, and HazMatMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to housekeeping and safety standardsProactively manage daily tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliabilityPerform other duties assigned to support overall distribution center operations Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of logistics management software preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectivelyExcellent communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external partnersAbility to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, variable environment BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay rate plus benefits.
