Performance Health is seeking an IT End User Support Specialist I to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hardware, software and telecommunication related support for internal end users of IT systems. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Manage incident and requests received from internal end users Provide support via phone, email, remote connectivity and in personIdentify, research and resolves technical problems of moderate complexityThoroughly document and track all tickets and assetsMaintain a high level of courteous customer service at all timesTrain end users and provide appropriate documentation to ensure IT hardware and software is used in the most efficient wayMeet or exceed assigned SLAsManage end user access utilizing Active DirectoryManage assigned tasks that are relating to projectsSome travel and non-traditional work hours, including weekends, is expected when requiredPerforms other duties as assigned Job QualificationsAssociate’s Degree or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of experience in an IT help desk roleStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsExcellent communications skillsExcellent customer service skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsBenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $25.00 - $27.00 and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
