Facilities Coordinator
261 Indy DC Indy Indianapolis, Indiana, USPerformance Health is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of employee areas in our distribution center. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all team members.This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and are ready to contribute to the overall success of our team.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and deep cleaning of employee areas, including restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and other shared spacesHandle heavy cleaning tasks as needed, including floor care, trash removal, and equipment sanitationSafely use and store cleaning chemicals and supplies following company guidelines and safety protocolsOperate and maintain cleaning equipment as requiredLift, move, and carry materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs.) to complete assigned tasksMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of any replenishment needsFollow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environmentPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in housekeeping, sanitation, or a similar role Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly, up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and performing physical tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyCommitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $20.00, plus benefits.
