Performance Health is seeking a Business Analyst to join our distribution team in Indianapolis. The Business Analyst will partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Finance to turn DC data into decisions that improve throughput, cost per unit, and service levels across a highly automated environment. The ideal candidate will build and maintain analytic products (dashboards, models), lead root‑cause investigations, and translate operational needs into system and process changes. They will manage cross‑functional relationships at all levels, from DC leadership to maintenance/technician teams and corporate partners. Most important, this position is accountable for measurable performance outcomes—automation uptime, productivity, quality, and on‑time service—through data‑driven insights and disciplined execution. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesOwn DC performance analytics: monitor and report daily/weekly KPIs (throughput, UPH/picks per hour, dock‑to‑stock, cycle time, OTIF, cost per unit, accuracy) with clear variance explanations and actions.Build and maintain dashboards & data models in Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel; automate recurring reporting and ensure data quality, lineage, and governance.Analyze automation system performance (WMS/WES/WCS telemetry) across goods‑to‑person, shuttle/ASRS, AMRs, conveyors, and sorters; quantify downtime, MTBF/MTTR, and bottlenecks; recommend fixes and track results.Lead root‑cause problem solving using structured methods (5‑Why, Fishbone, Pareto); design experiments/A‑B tests and validate solutions with before/after metrics.Translate business needs into requirements; partner with IT/Engineering and vendors to scope enhancements, write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and run UAT for WMS/WES/WCS changes.Optimize labor and flow: support engineered labor standards, staffing models, slotting and wave design, pick path optimization, and space utilization to improve productivity and safety.Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma): map processes, standardize work/SOPs, and facilitate Kaizen events that lift KPI performance and reduce variability.Support financial planning: build scenario models for volume ramps, network changes, and capital/maintenance ROI; reconcile performance to budget/forecast.Coordinate cross‑functional reviews: lead weekly performance huddles with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, and Finance; publish actions, owners, and due dates.Partner directly with the Global Head of Quality, Operations and Commercial to monitor quality metrics, validate performance trends, and ensure timely execution of corrective actions that protect and elevate our service level standards.Ensure all key customer quality and service metrics are actively monitored, reviewed with discipline, and supported by timely corrective actions to consistently meet or exceed expectations.Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.3–5 years in distribution/fulfillment analytics; experience in a highly automated DC strongly preferred.Tools: Advanced Excel; SQL proficiency; Power BI/Tableau required. Python/R experience a plus.Systems: Hands‑on with WMS/WES/WCS (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Dematic, Swisslog, TGW) and understanding of material‑handling equipment (goods‑to‑person, AMRs, AS/RS, sortation).Strong problem solving and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred); ability to design experiments and interpret statistical results.Communication: Clear data storytelling, slide writing,
