Performance Health is seeking a Delivery Driver and Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries of customer orders directly to customers. Performs general warehouse duties to include operating equipment and maintaining optimal running warehouse. Job duties include receiving capital equipment into warehouse, managing inventory, and installing equipment at customer facility. Performs all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a 26-foot or less box truck. Load and unload truck accurately and safely for customer deliveries.Drive company vehicle to make customer deliveries, obeying traffic laws and safety procedures. Maintain appropriate licensing, credentials and acceptable driving record.Install equipment onsite at customer location to include treadmills, bikes, strength equipment and other types of physical therapy and rehabilitation equipment.Conduct self in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Treat external and internal customers and associates with courtesy and respect.Fill customer orders by retrieving product from the warehouse.Check in and put away product, verifying quantities and quality of received product. Reporting damaged product received. Maintain clear isles and walkways. Ensure product is properly organized.Continuously update product knowledge. Stay informed and educated as to product inventory and applicability. Know location of product in warehouse.Report back orders or discrepancies to manager.Perform cycle counts and physical inventories as required following through on discrepancies as needed.Perform vehicle and/or forklift inspections as required, schedule routine or repair maintenance as needed. Maintain presentable truck appearance, cleaning as needed.Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety rules. Inform manager of any potentially hazardous conditions Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent2-4 years of experience in delivery and installation of products, preferably capital equipmentBasic Warehouse Management System knowledgeExperience operating a delivery truckMust have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; CDL not required but desirable Forklift certification desired, not requiredMust be able to lift/move 50 -100 pounds Ability to travel 75% of the time which includes daily travel for deliveries and some overnight travel as neededAbility to work overtime as needed, typically early mornings &n
