Performance Health is seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Cedarburg, WI. In this role, you will maintain production and the distribution of product (raws, wip, & finished product) by pulling and processing orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies, staging finished product. Ensure production areas are fully replenished and have the materials they need to fulfill orders. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintains Medical and warehouse inventory by moving, labeling, and putting away materials and supplies in the required locations Staging materials (raws, wip, & finished product) ready for manufacturing based on usage and customer requirements Collaborate with the Planner Scheduler, Production Leads and other functional areas to determine the work centers wants and needs to ensure adequate materials are available Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering just in time materials and supplies Puts away finished stock for shipment in to the required locations within the warehouse Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Rotate incoming and existing materials to ensure FIFO requirements Ensures all raw materials are labeled properly with appropriate required information Organize and maintain the accuracy of inventory (raws, wip, & finished product) Maintain and update necessary paperwork Enters daily transactions in the related business software Maintains the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean and orderly condition Operates pallet jacks and forklifts as and when needed Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspectionsPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing plantCurrent OSHA approved forklift operation licenseStrong computer knowledge and experienceAbility to work overtime as neededStrong attention to detailClear communication skillsRead scales and rules BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay rate and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
