799 Region Southeast Sales & Marketing Atlanta, Georgia, USPerformance Health is seeking an Associate Sales Consultant to join our team. The Associate Sales Consultant works closely with a Field Sales Consultant to gain hands-on experience in the sales process, contribute to territory growth, and develop the skills necessary to manage an independent sales territory. This role focuses on learning the business, conducting new product demonstrations, and prospecting for new business opportunities while supporting the Field Sales Consultant in driving exponential growth within the assigned territory. The Associate Sales Consultant is expected to prepare for promotion to a full Field Sales Consultant role within two years by helping establish a new territory in the geographical area. The geography of this territory is Atlanta North including all northern suburbs of Atlanta. The candidate is required to reside within the territory. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Field Sales Consultant to develop and execute strategies that drive significant growth in sales volume and market share within the territory. Conduct new product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits to generate interest and secure initial commitments. Perform initial prospecting activities, including identifying and qualifying new business leads to expand the customer base within the territory. Assist the Field Sales Consultant in managing client relationships, following up on leads, and supporting sales presentations or negotiations as needed. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product positioning and sales tactics, contributing to the creation of a viable new territory. Participate in ongoing training and shadowing opportunities to build expertise and prepare for independent territory management within two years. Partner with the Field Sales Consultant to learn the sales process, customer relationship management, and territory management strategies. Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, demo outcomes, and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Strong interest in sales with a desire to learn and grow into a full Field Sales Consultant role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients during product demonstrations and prospecting efforts. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a knack for identifying new business opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking initiative on assigned tasks.
