Financial Analyst

Performance Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for the reporting and analysis of the company’s financial performance, as well as product and customer-specific reporting. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, is a critical thinker and has a strong excel background. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepares sales and gross profit reporting for North America Commercial teams Supports Commercial Management and Leadership TeamsWorks closely with sales teams to provide insightful reportingResponsible for the creation and reporting of annual commission plan for multiple Sales Teams to ensure accuracy of results for scheduled payments according to plan structureModel pay structures and territory size with Sales LeadersAnalyzes sales data as requested by management using various reporting toolsProvides analytical support including but not limited to profitability analysis, business review presentations and other sales or marketing analysis requestsWorks independently and cross functionally to provide detailed, accurate and timely reportingDocumentation of all reporting processes Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field2-5 years of financial analysis experience Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency Attention to detailAnalytical skills Development of reports in multiple environments Understanding of business process as well as financial reporting and analysisAbility to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 plus benefits.
