Performance Health is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join our team. As part of the Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email orders meeting established hourly/weekly/monthly KPI's.Email correspondence to customer or sales rep using an established template Assist with phone que overflow as neededPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent1 years of experience in a service or data entry roleProficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word and ExcelEfficient and accurate data input & processing of core customer transactions e.g. sales orders, returns, new account setupAble to proficiently use the internet & email applications, including management of multiple email inboxesExperience working in a remote environmentExperience working in a structured environment following Schedule Adherence BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $16.00 - $18.00 plus benefits.
