Performance Health is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Medco Sports and Distributors team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of projects and processes to meet and exceed customer's needs. This role will offer process improvements as needed and necessary.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide analytical support and make recommendations to the Medco and Dealer Management Group (DMG) business, including but not limited to: - Order and Shipment analytics at the business unit, vendor, and customer level - Inventory analytics to ensure adequate customer service levels - Commercial Initiative KPI analytics Acts as a liaison with vendors, sales reps, sales managers, customer service and other departments in the company to enable strategic prioritiesResearch and resolve issues that arise, working cross functionally as the liaison for Medco and DMG Develop processes and documentation to streamline monthly reporting and analytical needsRespond appropriately to all inbound calls (emails), meeting customer (stakeholder) needs for quick and accurate responseWorks cross functionally on department initiatives to improve the customer experience Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Performance Health systems and processesWorks with leadership to ensure analytics are completed timely and accurately Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field3 - 5 years of experience in data analyst role or sales analyst roleAbility to analyze data, identify trends and make useful recommendations for business decisionsAbility to effectively partner and collaborate with multiple internal departmentsExcellent computer and data entry skills including high level of proficiency in Excel, Access and other databases Strong analytical, problem solving, logical thinking, and intuitive skillsFocus on accuracy, organization and attention to detailPromotes and maintains positive internal and external customer relationsAbility to travel 10-15% of the time, including overnight travel BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $75,000 - $90,000 plus benefits.
