Performance Health is seeking a Product Supply Operations (PSO) Manager to join our Procurement team.  This role is partners with Suppliers, Demand Planning, Sales, Fulfillment, Quality/Regulatory and New Product Development team to execute an optimized supply plan to deliver growth and profitability.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and deliver supply plans, in alignment to demand plan, through S&OP for enterprise on all brands and geographies

Establish and execute purchase and sourcing decisions based on target inventory levels to maximize fulfillment ensuring supply risk mitigation upstream 

Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity and risk mitigation to deliver on growth and profitability

Contribute to customer-satisfaction driven key supply chain metrics, including, but not limited to On-time Delivery, Order Fulfillment Lead Time, Back-order reduction targets, inventory optimization

Execute root cause analysis of stock outs, late and overstock situations and propose improvement plans to minimize inventory exposure and maximize revenue

Generate supply scorecard for each supplier based on performance, research drivers for positive and negative results, develop models, and implement continuous improvements.

Develop scenario plans and models taking into account all the external factors that affect supply.  Communicate risks and implications to demand planning team and sales.

Drive S&OP process meetings to review service levels, performance against plan, inventory strategy, and new product development implications

Provide suppliers including contract manufacturers with long term forecast and proactively address issues to ensure high quality supply and compliance to regulatory standards

Ensure new product availability in accordance with new product introduction plan by attending NPI core-team meetings and integrating NPI requirements including Initial Stocking Quantities, components into production plans

Analyzes supply chain for trends – monitor macro-level reports to determine health of the supply chain systems and make adjustments to reconfigure as needed

Develop queries/ algorithms to analyze complex data and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Maintains master data accuracy and assures they are continually optimized
