Performance Health is seeking a Product and Brand Manager, Athletic Training to join our Marketing team. This position is responsible for managing life-cycle and new product development of assigned products and brands to contribute to the company’s profitability.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
•Lead overall product portfolio strategy, including; compelling brand plans, distributed brand assortment, creating & maintaining a globally influenced end state assortment to serve PH wide customer base.
•Manage brand standards and placement across the business and all related channels
•Manage the product line life cycle and business results through insightful analytics of key metrics, customer intimacy, and competitor knowledge. Review periodic financial performance and sales trends including country and segment analysis. Analyze contributing factors to performance and impact of competitive strategies and prepare regular metrics as defined by leadership
•Create packaging, core collateral, and catalog content for product line
•Support new product development using the stage gate process
•Work alongside Digital Marketing and Channel Marketing Communications on voice of customer and category insights including conducting market research and translating that research into new products, product improvements, or line extensions
•Conduct annual global SKU rationalization and assign substitute items for discontinued products
•Foster positive relationships with vendors in conjunction with vendor management to secure exclusive contracts, access to new products and pricing
•Work collaboratively within the global marketing department to help define and drive marketing excellence
•Performs other duties as assigned
•Minimum of 8+ years of prior marketing, category management, brand management or product management experience, including global responsibility
•Consumer Brand Experience preferred
•Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams
•Proven experience commercializing products, bringing to market and growing/building brand profiles
•Experience managing multiple projects across the enterprise
