Performance Health is expanding our team and seeking a Customer Service Rep to join the team. In this role, you are responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond appropriately to all inbound calls, meeting customer needs for quick and accurate response. Make outbound calls to existing customers/vendors and business partners.Interpret and communicate accurately to customers/vendors and business partners in reference to company policies, product description/prices and departmental proceduresRespond knowledgeably to returns - credits and adhering all case management proceduresHandle product/service claims and special orders/requestsEstablish approximate delivery time and cost for customers and investigate delivery delaysCoordinate the tracing procedure for lost orders and shipments and process claimsAccurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email ordersHandle email correspondence to customer or sales rep using an established templatePerforms other duties as assigned Job QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent1-2 years of work experience in a customer service roleExcellent computer and data entry skills – including proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Internet usage Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of Medical/Rehab equipment preferred Performance Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
