Performance Health is seeking a Capital Sales Team Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the Capital Equipment quote & order processes. In this position, you will support our service business by coordinating incoming inquiries and associated parts orders and service appointments. You will be expected to deliver a high level of professional customer service, while sustaining and developing effective customer, third party & internal relationships. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for escalations that may arise. Your advanced knowledge of our processes and understanding of customer service will aide in day to day troubleshooting. Your ability to earn trust and influence will be key as you will help to guide a Capital Sales Specialist team that will not be directly reporting to youTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead the capital sales specialists on daily needs such as troubleshooting, escalations, and approvalsProvide assistance on some administrative management of the team Assist Leader, NA Capital Sales & Operations, on strategic initiatives as neededAble to effectively follow processes and utilize systems and tools necessary to quote and order management processesDemonstrates thorough understanding of product and service offeringExpeditiously and thoroughly responds to all inbound inquiriesProvides accurate scheduling, coordination and billing of parts orders and service appointmentsProfessionally and effectively communicates with customers, third parties, and internal stakeholdersExpeditiously and thoroughly completes all quote and order management tasks as directed by customers and internal stakeholders (primarily Sales)Upholds and enforces company standards such as pricing, service fees, and customer information requirementsRegularly updates all assigned projects in the Capital Sales portlet to maintain flow of execution and seamless processContinuously monitors service appointments and recommends/executes changes to deliver an excellent customer experience in concert with company prioritiesFollows standard workflow while taking actions necessary needed to exceed customer expectations Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent3 - 4 years customer-facing experience in service, sales or account managementPrevious experience working in a customer-focused environment delivering end to end customer service from including quote and order management (including complex or consolidated orders), service and shipping coordination, delivery specifications, and billingDemonstrated ability to fully leverage ERP & CRM systems to execute workflows, process transactions, and manage projectsProficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word and ExcelAbility to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel Performance Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
