Performance Health is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Manager to join our team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will lead and execute the day-to-day vendor compliance activities for purchasing. This role will review and make decisions supporting investigation activity related to overages, shortages and damages due to supplier non-conformance. This role will also lead any system integration investigations and issues pertaining to purchase orders and receipt activity between the ERP and WMS. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesCommunication lead for vendor compliance program; engage with suppliers to correct shipment non-conformanceAssist distribution center staff with investigation of missing receipts, PODs and receive and deduct activitiesProvide reporting analytics for vendor compliance to the purchasing and procurement leadership teamsComplete monthly communication and reporting to the non-compliant vendor audienceProvide analytical insights and trends, with recommendations for improving processes or vendor performanceEnsure records are maintained in Master Control for non-conformance reportingFollowing PH guidelines, make decisions pertaining to demand and inventory levels with respect to vendor overagesProvide support to the inbound distribution center team with PO selection when the vendor has a non-conformance related to missing packing slips or PO numbersConduct system integration investigation when there are missing PO records between systems, understand root cause and support corrective action initiativesAssist with inventory sync review and correctionsPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field and 5+ years purchasing experience in related industry or equivalent experience and education equal to 8+ yearsExperience with the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of inventory control and procurementStrong relationship building skills to develop partnership relationships with Global suppliersRecognize, define, investigate and determine a creative solution to problemsProficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
