Performance Health is expanding our team and seeking Customer Service Reps to join the team. In this role, you are responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond appropriately to all inbound calls, meeting customer needs for quick and accurate response. Make outbound calls to existing customers/vendors and business partners.Interpret and communicate accurately to customers/vendors and business partners in reference to company policies, product description/prices and departmental proceduresRespond knowledgeably to returns - credits and adhering all case management proceduresHandle product/service claims and special orders/requestsEstablish approximate delivery time and cost for customers and investigate delivery delaysCoordinate the tracing procedure for lost orders and shipments and process claimsAccurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email ordersHandle email correspondence to customer or sales rep using an established templatePerforms other duties as assigned Job QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent1-2 years of work experience in a customer service roleExcellent computer and data entry skills – including proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Internet usage Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of Medical/Rehab equipment preferred Performance Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
