Performance Health is seeking an IT Applications Integration Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application and integration functional and technical support across business-critical systems to include Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Distribution systems. Business system request delivery for enhancements, reporting needs, corporate projects, and other ad-hoc requests are included alongside daily support of our business stakeholders. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring maximum system availability and prompt and accurate remediation of issuesGeneral business process knowledge for integrated order management, warehouse, and distribution systemsProvides high level ERP, WM, and Distribution system application functional and technical support to customers, partners and internal resourcesResponsible for communicating and documenting actions taken to resolve product issues in the incident management systemProactively keeps operation informed of how and when problems are resolvedFacilitate system enhancement requirements, development, and SDLC processes to ensure high quality releases into our Production environmentsLiaise between Business and Technology to ensure connectivity to achieve collective objectivesCommunicate incidents trends and project updates effectively to stakeholdersProvide development expertise to resolve issues and improve our platformParticipate in functional decisions regarding design and direction to meet business needsSupport and deliver services for 3rd Party Application such as Label Software, Box Printers / Packsize, Robotics, and Freight Carrier portals.Work to improve system resilience -- including both failover and disaster recovery capabilitiesDemonstrate technical and functional skills including middleware / integration troubleshooting, service delivery, code / map debugging, and project-related deliverables.
