Production Worker I

Performance Health is looking for a Production Worker II to join the manufacturing team in Dolgeville, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for specific role(s) in the production process. Ensures that quality standards are met throughout the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPatching and Webbing: Assembly and sub-assembly operationsOperates various machinery including but not limited to; Foam machine, presses, grinders, molders, spray guns, etc.Quality assurance of products and material maintenanceMonitors, controls, and trouble shoots machinesPacks products and fills orders as neededCreate and maintain culture of safety, teamwork, and ethical business practicesNotify Leadership of any unsafe conditions within their work areaMaintain a clean work environmentEffective and professional communication and collaboration at all timesAdhere to corporate and/or site policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned. Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred2-4 years of work experience; will train in manufacturing Ability to lift/move up to 50 poundsPrevious manufacturing experience a plus To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily.
