Performance Health is seeking a Sr. Mgr, Digital Content to join Digital Marketing team.  The Senior Digital Content Manager will create and execute the digital content strategy for customer hosted sites, branded sites and Amazon marketplaces. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing digital content for execution which includes email, social media, educational articles and other executions including branded collateral. The focus is to deliver a first-class digital experience for customers and make sure execution establishes engaging content in line with tone of voice. This person will also be instrumental in helping the business to set up a new digital asset management platform for centralizing all our digital assets, e.g. images. Having analytical & interpretation skills is key to ensure we continue to optimize and enhance content.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acting as the content expert throughout the organization supporting all marketing executions
  • Driving and executing a digital content strategy on both hosted websites and Amazon marketplaces by optimizing content for search and customer needs
  • Managing a team responsible for merchandising product detail pages through content improvements, including optimized titles, bullets, descriptions, specifications, and images
  • Facilitating the creation and approval of copy for landing pages, blog articles, and infographics that provide insightful, detailed information to increase customer trust and conversion 
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and other digital marketing team members to use content to drive sales through SEO, SEM, email, and all other digital marketing channels
  • Developing engaging content for social media channels and measuring the key performance indicators
  • Working with Brand Managers to develop our brand proposition & supporting executions
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 10 years of digital marketing experience focused on content management
  • Experience working with external partners and agencies
  • Experience working with photographers for images needs and setting new photography standards 
  • Strong experience designing and delivering digital & print content centered on customer needs
  • Ability to think strategically about the content and articulate how content can support organizational objectives
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage people across the organization on the benefits of content strategy & design
  • Excellent editorial skills
  • Experience of working with digital asset management systems
  • Strong managerial experience and ability to nurture and drive results
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, including overnight travel
