An exciting opportunity exists to join the Sales Support team at Medco Sports Medicine, a Performance Health company. Medco Sports Medicine is the most comprehensive supplier of supplies and equipment to professionals in the athletic training, rehabilitation, and sports performance industries. For over 60 years, Medco Sports Medicine has been helping our customers and their athletes feel good, perform better, and live great. Performance Health/Medco Sports Medicine is seeking to add additional Sales Support Coordinators to our team. The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in the overall success of Medco and ultimately the satisfaction of our customers. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct support to Medco field sales team/outside sales representativesPrepare and manage bids and quotes Focus on accuracy, organization and attention to detailServe as a direct customer contact in certain scenariosProvide professional and first in class service to all Medco customersPromote and maintain positive customer relationsCollaborate with other teams throughout the Performance Health organization as well as outside vendor partnersPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative assistant roleProficient user of MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills Excellent written and oral communications skills Excellent customer service skills serving both internal and external customersMust have ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines Must be willing to work extra hours as required during Medco peak season (June – September); this may include Saturdays Must be willing to work variable hours depending on assigned territory coverage To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
