Performance Health, the maker of brands such as TheraBand©, Cramer©, Bon Vital©, Rolyan©, and Sammons Preston©, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Distributor Management Group. The Account Manager, DMG will partner with distributor accounts in the US and Canada to cultivate and grow brand awareness to maximize sales revenue of our proprietary brands. The success of this position is achieved through developing a deep understanding of a distributor’s business, seeking opportunities for growth and adding additional product lines into a multiple of the distributor’s distribution centers which will maximize the distributor’s participation in our product portfolio and will capture additional market share through optimum service coverage in their trading territory. Distributors managed by DMG typically sell into Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Post Acute, and DME/HME market segments. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesListen to the account's needs and work to build upon the distributor relationship in place; foster new partnerships to continue to grow the businessCollaborate and strategize with the distributor's sales and marketing team(s) to provide programming and incentives to attract end-user pull-through of products with a focus on PH’s proprietary brandsAnticipate and prepare for (and ideally prevent) potential account problems. Respond and resolve distributor questions and concerns in a timely manner. Discover root cause of issues and oversee the resolution of each issue.Help resolve problems related to, but not limited to customer shipments, operational issues, and product quality issuesImprove engagement with our distributor customer base. Make sure that PH is seen as the market leader in product selection breadth and qualityRemain current and knowledgeable about product details and inventory activity to counsel and manage each distributor accountProduce business reviewsBuild business plans for key accounts and update each plan on a monthly basisAchieve annual revenue targets for total call list and for each assigned distributor account. Provide monthly revenue update for complete call list.Know and remain current on key competitors of key brand/productsPerforms other duties as assignedJob Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field5-10 years of outside sales or account management experience working with a healthcare manufacturerSolid proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travel 10-25% of the time, including overnight travel To perform this job successfully, an in
