Performance Health is seeking a Head of eCommerce Channel who is a member of the Performance Health Global Commercial Leadership Team and reports directly to the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer). This role is responsible for managing and leading Performance Health’s eCommerce channel globally. This is expected to be the fastest growing channel in the future.
The successful candidate will have a keen sense of balancing analytical and strategic thinking that drives the eCommerce Channel team to execute and win business. The candidate will have a track record in delivering profitable growth within eCommerce channels, including Amazon.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
•Work with senior leaders to set and drive eCommerce Channel growth strategy for the enterprise
•Lead every aspect of the eCommerce Channel go-to-market strategy including understanding the markets, customers and competitors
•Driving customer acquisition and topline growth through expanding the eCommerce Channel with all customers, focusing on revenue goals and EBITDA expansion all the while being value and mission driven
•Engage with customers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to drive effective customer experience on the channel
•Lead analytics team to understand user behavior across all eCommerce channels to help improve site engagement and increase conversion of key metrics
•Own customer experience, monitor performance and propose continuous improvements on key metrics
•Identify and capitalize on productivity opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies and growth strategies
•Ensure the enterprise delivers on its financial plans (sales, margin, contribution, inventory turns) through online purchases
•Performs other duties as assigned
•15 years of experience in eCommerce channels, including Amazon
•Experience as a manager who can properly influence people, process and technology in a manner that enriches the company’s culture and overall sales team performance
•Successful track record of leadership and the ability to attract, develop and retain world class talent
•Must be a consummate team player, putting others before self, and actively engage stakeholders at all levels
