Global Ecommerce Analyst
123 Product Mkt Medco Sales & Marketing Akron, Ohio, USPerformance Health is seeking an Ecommerce Analyst to join our Ecommerce Team. The Ecommerce Analyst provides data-driven analysis and insights to facilitate Ecommerce decisioning and collaborates with key stakeholders and third-party analytics vendors to ensure best in class analytics tracking configuration and measurement methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for ecommerce performance reporting, commercial insights, and overall analytical support for the Performance Health Ecommerce Team. The Ecommerce Analyst is also responsible for advocating our digital capabilities to internal stakeholders and customers to drive order channel conversion (offline to online). The Ecommerce Analyst will also assist with web merchandising activities. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnalytics (Using Google Analytics 4): Builds and maintains dashboards and tools that provide insight into the performance of Ecommerce channel efforts.Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and Quarterly commercial analytics, reporting.Assists the Ecommerce team to define digital tracking and measurement requirements across GA and Data LayerWork cross-functionally in developing and delivering presentations & deliverables for key internal audiences.Merchandising: Assists with web content changes and Merchandising efforts, including New Product Introduction (NPI) as needed.Supports Ecommerce Specialist and Segment Marketing to implement web offers in Adobe Commerce Cloud as identified in category and segment plans.Reports on results of web promotions to Marketing, Ecommerce and Brand teams.Digital Education; Contribution: Creates training materials and sales enablement tools to drive digital adoption, PunchOut and web migration for Customers, Sales, and Customer Service teams. Conduct presentations, demos, and webinars to educate enterprise customers and Sales Consultants on the benefits and features of the PunchOut and Ecommerce platform.Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting or equivalent job experience1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Ecommerce, or a Marketing/ Ecommerce Support role1-3 years of experience with web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics.Strong data interpretation and communications skills; proven ability to summarize and present complex findings clearly and concisely to various management levelsUnderstanding of Ecommerce KPIs related to traffic, engagement/user experience and conversion.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Products; Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Agile Excel skills (v-lookups, piv
