Performance Health is seeking a Branded Product Manager to join our team. The Branded Product Manager is responsible for managing life-cycle and new product development of assigned product and brands to contribute to the company’s profitability by performing the following duties. This position will focus on our Cramer product line, a 100 year leader in athletic training.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead overall product portfolio strategy, including; compelling brand plans, creating, maintaining and improving a customer desired portfolio in a cohesive brand profile.Manage brand standards and placement across the business and all related channelsManage the product line life cycle and business results through insightful analytics of key metrics, customer intimacy, and competitor knowledge. Review periodic financial performance and sales trends including country and segment analysis. Analyze contributing factors to performance and impact of competitive strategies and prepare regular metrics as defined by leadershipCreate packaging, core collateral, and catalog content for product lineSupport new product development using the stage gate processWork alongside Digital Marketing and Channel Marketing Communications on voice of customer and category insights including conducting market research and translating that research into new products, product improvements, or line extensionsConduct annual global SKU rationalization and assign substitute items for discontinued productsWork collaboratively within the global marketing department to help define and drive marketing excellencePerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, and/or product management, including global responsibility Clinical or Consumer Brand Experience preferredKnowledge of core product development practicesDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teamsProven experience commercializing products, bringing to market and growing/building brand profilesExperience managing multiple projects across the enterpriseStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; Excel skills including v-lookups, pivot tables, Power PointHealthcare experience preferredStrong financial acumen; knows what it takes to drive growth within a portfolio of productsAbility to travel up to 10%-25% of the time, including overnight travel Performance Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
